At Whatznext?, we believe that great products inspire great performance and builds lasting trust. Our Return & Refund Policy ensures that every purchase made through www.whatznext.club or our official digital channels is supported by fairness, transparency, and respect for our customers.
1. PURPOSE
This policy explains how you can return, exchange, or request a refund for products purchased from Whatznext?. It is designed in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the E-Commerce Rules, 2020.
2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS
You may request a return or exchange if:
- You received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item.
- You received an item with a manufacturing flaw.
- The size or fit of your apparel or footwear is not right.
To qualify, items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In their original packaging with tags intact ( Whatznext? Outer Drawstring Package bag, Whatznext? Red Seal Tag and the product hangtags )
- Returned within 7 days from the date of delivery.
3. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety standards:
- Innerwear, socks, and headwear.
- Items marked as 'Final Sale' or 'Non-Returnable'.
- Each product is eligible for only one exchange or return. Once exchanged, the product becomes nonreturnable and non-exchangeable. Wallet refunds can be issued only once per product.
- Customized or personalized products.
4. RETURN PROCESS
How to initiate a return:
1. Login to your account on www.whatznext.club.
2. Go to 'My Orders' and select the item you wish to return.
3. Choose 'Return' or 'Exchange' and select a valid reason.
4. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or guide you on how to self-ship the item.
You will receive email/SMS updates at each stage of the process.
5. REFUND PROCESS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
- Refunds will be processed to your Whatznext? consumer wallet within 5-7 working days.
- For COD orders, a variable fees maximum to INR 250, will be charged for the incurred logistics cost and the convenience charged paid by Whatznext? to the logistical partner on behalf of the customer.
- Refunds will be processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully inspected.
If your return is rejected due to non-compliance (e.g., worn or washed items), the item will be shipped back to you.
6. EXCHANGE POLICY
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color: -
Exchanges can be requested within 7 days from the date of delivery.
- If the requested exchange product is unavailable, a credit amount to the Whatznext? Consumer wallet will be issued.
Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of processing.
7. DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@whatznext.club.
- Share your order number, choose the damage or defect option, images of the defect, and a brief description.
- Our team will assist you with a replacement or refund.
8. ORDER CANCELLATION
- Orders can be cancelled before dispatch through your account dashboard or by emailing support@whatznext.club.
- If the order has already shipped, the standard return process will apply.
9. RETURN SHIPPING
- Reverse pickup is chargable at a variable cost ranging from INR 150 Maximum for Prepaid orders and INR 250 Maximum for COD orders.
- For multiple exchanges or returns , the customer may bear logistical and convenience charges

11. POLICY MISUSE
We reserve the right to refuse service to customers who engage in excessive returns or misuse of the policy. Returns showing signs of wear, intentional damage, or counterfeit swapping will not be accepted.
12. PROTECTION & FRAUD CLAUSE
All returns are subject to verification for authenticity and fraud prevention under our Protection Policy.
We value genuine concerns and act swiftly to maintain customer trust and product integrity.
